Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop error-corrected qubit systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communications
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional technical teams
- Develop roadmap for quantum computing integration into commercial applications by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability, and complex systems
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills and familiarity with high-performance computing
