- Secure $2M+ in research grants through proposal development
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers
- Partner with tech giants to implement quantum solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware/software
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong publication record in quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory
- Track record of translating theoretical research into practical applications
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
