Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Drive ethical frameworks for quantum deployment in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with IBM/Qiskit or similar platforms
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
- Track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
