- Mentor PhD candidates and foster next-generation quantum talent pipelines
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, DOE)
- Proven track record of translating theoretical research into practical applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
