Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical industry applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software co-development

- Develop error mitigation strategies for near-term quantum processors
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to solve complex computational challenges
- Advise on quantum security protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum simulation software (Quil, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
