Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing systems at cryogenic temperatures
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance principles
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Expertise in at least one quantum computing hardware platform (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
