Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE/QAOA variants)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU acceleration)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ, or similar)
