Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum simulation and algorithm development
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems preferred
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
