Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Develop error-correction techniques for scalable quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate software with quantum processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and AI applications
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 5 years experience accepted)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of quantum algorithm development and implementation
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
