Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with superconducting qubits or trapped ions
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/Cirq frameworks

- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms
