Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and secure patent portfolios
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit stability
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published papers in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
