Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and quantum hardware constraints
- Experience securing $1M+ in government or corporate research funding
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts to practical implementations
