Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and fault-tolerance
- Expertise in machine learning for quantum system optimization
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or ion traps
- Strong Python/C++ programming and high-performance computing skills
