Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction techniques to enhance qubit coherence in multi-qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate quantum hardware prototypes
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum computing breakthroughs
- Contribute to strategic roadmaps for quantum computing applications in finance, healthcare, and AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory
- Track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
