Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in quantum information theory, quantum algorithms, or quantum hardware
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing or physics journals
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and their quantum adaptations
- Experience with quantum simulation tools and high-performance computing environments
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, innovative settings
- Preferred: Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
