As part of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with D-Wave and IBM quantum processors. Your work will directly impact breakthrough projects including quantum-resistant encryption frameworks and molecular modeling for sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical commercial applications
- Lead research on qubit stabilization and error correction methodologies
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure federal and private research grants totaling $5M+
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and simulation
- Track record of securing competitive research funding
