Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for practical applications in AI and cryptography
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting qubit platforms

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware and lab equipment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
