Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop novel cryptographic protocols resistant to quantum attacks
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-AI hybrid system integration

- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D grants through proposal development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum assembly
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Security clearance eligibility or DOE lab experience preferred
