Responsibilities

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Develop quantum software frameworks and tools for practical deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing hardware (superconducting qubits, trapped ions, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
