Responsibilities
- Lead research in quantum algorithms and error correction methodologies
- Design and implement quantum simulations for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Published work in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding through grants and partnerships
- Expertise in at least one classical high-performance computing framework
