Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Lead research on quantum hardware-software integration for scalable architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Publish breakthrough research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives within the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver results in fast-paced environments
