Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Publish research in Nature Physics/Science with quarterly targets
- Secure $2M+ in annual NSF/DARPA grants
- Mentor PhD interns in quantum information theory
- Collaborate with IBM/Google on quantum cloud integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science with quantum focus
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm implementation experience
- Published in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra and complexity theory
