Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of high-impact publications in quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
