Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional project initiatives
- Secure external funding through NSF grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency with high-performance computing frameworks (HPC, MPI)
- Strong track record of securing research grants or industry funding
