Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Experience with quantum machine learning models
- Strong background in quantum error correction theory
