Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Optimize quantum circuit performance on IBM/Google hardware
- Secure $2M+ in federal grants for quantum computing initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Develop patent-pending quantum machine learning frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in quantum annealing and variational algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Clearance-level security compliance (TS/SCI preferred)
- Track record of translating theory into commercial prototypes
