Responsibilities

- Lead experiments on 50+ qubit quantum processors
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize quantum-classical workflows
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Secure $1M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published record in top-tier quantum research journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra and statistical mechanics
- Experience securing government research funding
