Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published work in quantum algorithm development or quantum information theory
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
