Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithm experiments on superconducting qubit systems
- Develop novel error correction protocols for quantum coherence
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing models
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing or gate-based systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of Bell inequalities and quantum entanglement
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
