Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum computing research or algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Publication record in quantum computing or high-impact journals
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
