- Secure $2M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF/DARPA
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- Partner with hardware teams to overcome qubit decoherence challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum machine learning and variational circuits
