Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams on quantum principles
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with emerging hardware architectures
- Analyze quantum simulation data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (e.g., superconducting qubits, ion traps)
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
