Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational challenges
- Conduct groundbreaking research in quantum error correction and hardware optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing systems
- Develop and maintain quantum simulation frameworks for testing and validation

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical languages (Python, C++)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and algorithm development
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research papers
