Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum hardware architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and quantum hardware integration
- Proven ability to secure research funding and lead technical teams
