Responsibilities

- Partner with hardware teams to overcome quantum decoherence and error correction barriers
- Secure $1M+ in government grants and venture capital for quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, QCE)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Proven track record of translating theory to practical quantum applications
