Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error-correction protocols and quantum gate optimization techniques
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum solutions with classical computing systems
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Drive innovation in quantum software development frameworks and simulation tools
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies and architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantum computing field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum complexity theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing research
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational physics
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel programming environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
