Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges

- Mentor junior researchers and interns
- Secure external funding through NSF/NIH grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction

- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubits
