Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Conduct advanced research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum solutions into scalable systems
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects to prototype and validate quantum computing solutions for real-world problems
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of quantum computing standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical high-performance computing
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
