Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction techniques
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers and secure $1M+ in annual research grants
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption standards for Fortune 500 clients
- Participate in ISO quantum computing standardization committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation libraries
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
