Responsibilities

- Develop error mitigation strategies for 100+ qubit systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory

- Secure $1M+ in government/private research grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor, Grover, VQE)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum annealing or superconducting qubits
- Strong Python/C++ skills with parallel computing knowledge
- Track record of translating theory into practical applications
