- Architect and lead quantum computing R&D initiatives targeting 2026 breakthrough milestones
- Design novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and AI acceleration
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world enterprise applications
- Secure $5M+ annual research funding through NIH/NSF/DoE partnerships
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of 15+ quantum physicists and software engineers
- Drive industry standards through IEEE/ISO quantum computing committees
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum cloud services
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum research
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction, topological qubits, and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in government quantum research grants
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
