- Lead a 12-person team of quantum physicists, engineers, and algorithm specialists
- Develop novel error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity targets
- Collaborate with IBM, Google, and MIT on open-source quantum frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Translate theoretical quantum advantages into industry-shattering applications
- Present findings at Nature, Science, and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years research experience
- Published 15+ papers in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/QIP)
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, topological computing, or photonic systems
- Proven track record securing NSF/DOE grants >$2M
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers
- Deep knowledge of Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
