Responsibilities

- Secure government and private funding for advanced quantum research initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers and quantum computing interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum-specific languages (Q#)
- Demonstrated success securing research grants exceeding $1M
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
