Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists in quantum circuit development
- Collaborate with NASA on quantum simulation projects for space exploration modeling
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through NSF and DARPA grants
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience managing research teams with $1M+ budgets
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum hardware interfaces
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and error correction
