- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum information theory
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary quantum optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing federal research funding (NSF/DARPA preferred)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
