Responsibilities
- Lead development of quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Design scalable quantum error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant computing

- Mentor PhD researchers and publish in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants
- Develop IP strategy for quantum cryptography and machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
