Responsibilities

- Manage a cross-functional team of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Experience leading research teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets
