Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm research targeting 2026 commercial applications

- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor a team of 5-7 quantum researchers and engineers
- Develop IP strategy for quantum breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
- Experience managing R&D teams in tech environments
