Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure $10M+ in research grants and partnerships with global tech leaders
- Develop commercialization strategies for quantum computing patents and IP
- Represent NexusLabs at international quantum technology conferences and summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
- Published patents in quantum computing or adjacent fields
