- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of physicists and software engineers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum hardware/software experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of translating theory to commercial prototypes
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Experience securing $1M+ research grants from government agencies
